Your Role: As an OT in our team, you’ll make a meaningful difference through: Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed: Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector The ability to work both independently and collaboratively An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
