Occupational Therapist – Subcontractor (NDIS)
Melbourne Genuine Care (MGC, VIC) is a registered NDIS provider committed to person-centred and culturally safe care. We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to subcontract with us and support participants in building independence, daily living skills, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting functional and capacity assessments.
  • Developing therapy plans to build independence in daily activities.
  • Providing reports and recommendations to guide NDIS plans.
  • Working collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other therapists.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation using MGC’s systems.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS processes and functional assessments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • ABN and professional indemnity insurance required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
