Good communication skills are essential when being an integral part of the MDT, informing recovery progress and providing comprehensive OT assessment.
If you require support to complete the Preceptorship programme we will be happy to offer support and mentorship during that period.

You will work towards providing supervision to Band 3 and Apprentice staff and offer them support to progress their skills, experience and careers. You will be expected to help support OT students which will also enhance your own clinical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be an integral part of the MDT informing recovery progress and providing comprehensive OT assessment and reports to inform accommodation needs, package of care needs and appropriate ongoing referrals to support and signposting to appropriate support in the community.
