Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across all age groups in a variety of settings — including in-clinic, at home, in schools, and within the community.
As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients’ functional, emotional, and social wellbeing through assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive, client-centred assessments and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions to individuals of all ages, supporting their ability to engage in meaningful daily activities and promoting independence across various stages of life.
  • Implement evidence-based mental health strategies and therapeutic interventions as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to client care and well-being.
  • Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a coordinated and comprehensive approach to meeting the client’s physical, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Create and execute personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and abilities, ensuring targeted interventions that foster progress and independence.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
