Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Experience:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
· Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients’ needs.
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
· Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
· Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
· Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
· A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
· HCPC registration
· Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
IN ADDITION TO EXPERIENCE, ALL QUALIFIED ROLES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
