Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 8:30-16:30/9:00-17:00
Pay Rates – Day: £28.36

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS JOB ROLE

• Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs
• Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providing support to more junior staff
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports including contribution to the EHCP Assessment process and tribunals as required
• Provide specialist clinical care including assessment, diagnosis and interventions, for a paediatric caseload
• Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

· OT Qualification and experience mandatory
· HCPC registration mandatory
· RiO training desirable
· Car driver, valid UK driving license and ability to travel between sites essential
