What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Provide high-quality treatment (COTAs implement plans designed by an OTR). Support residents in improving functional abilities such as ADLs, mobility, dressing, bathing, and grooming. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning, goal-setting, and family communication. Contribute to a resident-centered, functional-focused therapy approach that enhances quality of life. What We’re Looking For: Active Wisconsin OTR or COTA license. Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Passion for working with older adults. Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
