Description New Cognition Program Training! AVIR AT JEFFREY PLACE is looking for a full time Occupational Therapist. We are a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting with an amazing, cohesive and fun in-house therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and have been in the process of building some excellent programs in cognition and sensory integration. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
