Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a CMS 5-Star rated senior living community located on St Joe Road near I-469 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
