Healthcare Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our teams at two highly regarded skilled nursing facilities in Freelandville and Odon, IN. This OT will address the unique therapeutic needs of individuals within these community-oriented facilities. This is a FULL-TIME position at 30 – 40 hours per week and includes compensated drive time and mileage for travel between the two facilities. Freelandville: · Located about 30 miles northeast of Vincennes. · This is a Lead Therapist position, so the OT in this role will evaluate and treat patients for a majority of the week while also performing Lead Therapist responsibilities such as attending facility and team meetings, following up on therapy referrals, planning minutes and reporting any issues to Regional Director. · Candidates for this position will be very dedicated and pro-therapy, ready to take charge and encourage caseload growth. · Fully-equipped therapy gym. Odon: · Located just off of I-69, and about 25 miles/30 minutes east of Freelandville. · Three therapy gyms. The main therapy gym is a large open space with innovative equipment. The 2 additional gyms are smaller but fully-equipped · Very welcoming community. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
