Occupational Therapist (OT) – Long-Term Care LP Therapy LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services in a Long-Term Care setting, helping patients regain independence and improve daily functioning. Responsibilities: review medical records; evaluate patient abilities and needs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; provide ADL training, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications; document progress per Medicare guidelines; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; supervise COTAs as assigned; support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; current state OT license; LTC experience preferred; strong knowledge of Medicare documentation; excellent communication and organizational skills. Work Environment: LTC facility; physical demands consistent with therapy services.
Responsibilities
