General Summary of Key Responsibilities Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) providing PRN (as-needed) rehabilitation services in the Facility. Occupational Therapist (OT) is evaluating and treating geriatric patients with complex medical, cognitive, and functional needs. Occupational Therapist (OT) develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and overall functional independence. Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, speech therapists, and physical therapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Skilled in adaptive equipment training, fall prevention strategies, and patient/caregiver education. Flexible and responsive, providing high-quality care across variable schedules and patient acuity levels Requirements Must possess a current license and registration to practice as a Occupational Therapist, OT in the State of NY.
