Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge. The role of the Food Service Worker is to provide our residents with all of their meals and/or snacks in a sanitary and safe manner adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility while focusing on customer service and satisfaction. To assist in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing Occupational Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Rehabilitation and/or the Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) providing PRN (as-needed) rehabilitation services in the Facility. Occupational Therapist (OT) is evaluating and treating geriatric patients with complex medical, cognitive, and functional needs. Occupational Therapist (OT) develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and overall functional independence. Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, speech therapists, and physical therapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Skilled in adaptive equipment training, fall prevention strategies, and patient/caregiver education. Flexible and responsive, providing high-quality care across variable schedules and patient acuity levels Requirements Must possess a current license and registration to practice as a Occupational Therapist, OT in the State of NY.
