Responsibilities: Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process. Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care. Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment. Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events. Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
