How we prepare our OT's for Success: Comprehensive training and professional development Paid orientation 24/7 clinical support Continuing education scholarships Available OT Shifts: Full Time: 28 visits per week M-F Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F Early Intervention OT Responsibilities include: Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving the tools they need to help their child succeed. Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people- services can be at home, child care, the library, or even the playground! Uses electronic documentation system for each visit Complete weekly visits. Requirements: Birth to Five and or Home Care experience preferred License active and in good standing- If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary.
