$1,500 Sign-on Bonus JOB CATEGORY: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY / OT / COMMUNITY HEALTH / INTEGRATED CARE POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence as directed by Physician. Provides a treatment program to restore or develop self-care, work and play/leisure activities to maximum functional level.
