Your Role as an Occupational Therapist: * Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence. * Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment. * Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. * Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence. * Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed). Qualifications: * Florida Occupational Therapy License (required). * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required). * CPR Certification (preferred). * Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred). Responsibilities
