Description Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis at a highly rated senior living community located in Bedford, Indiana. The facility provides various levels of care, from assisted & independent living to skilled nursing and short-term rehab. This is a PRN position, offering very flexible hours with minimal commitment. Some weekday availability is preferred to accommodate various needs, including planned time off, sick days and increases in caseload. Job Details: - Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
