Description HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing therapy team at a continuing care retirement community located in South Bend, Indiana (St. Joseph County). The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes and discharges and treat patients on an as needed, PRN basis during increases in caseload, scheduled time off and occasional weekend needs. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred, as coverage is typically needed for vacations and other scheduled time off. HTS provides therapy in four facilities in South Bend & Notre Dame and one additional facility in New Carlisle. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment. Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, recertifications, and discharges for patients on an as-needed basis. They will provide treatment during caseload increases and cover scheduled time off, including occasional weekends.
