Job Details: - Provide occupational therapy services to residents on an as-needed basis, ensuring personalized care. - Collaborate with the therapy team to develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs. - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes. - Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare team members to support comprehensive care.
