Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this flexible role, you will provide therapy services on an as-needed basis, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. This position is perfect for professionals looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for improving independence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide holistic patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy. Qualifications Education: Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri. Experience: Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required). Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills. Certifications: CPR certification (preferred). Work Environment PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Skilled Nursing Facility.
