Description Occupational Therapist – Therapy Services – Home Health and/or Inpatient – PRN (Days) Ste. What to expect as an Occupational Therapist: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to enhance rehab outcomes Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures Offer guidance on home exercise programs to support ongoing progress Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care plans Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. 2-3 years of experience.
