The Occupational Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the Occupational therapist accurately assesses patients' needs: identifies and initiates appropriate Occupational therapy interventions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy California Occupational Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree - Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy CHT or HTC and PAM for all Hand Therapists upon hire 1 year of experience preferred in adult physical disability setting 1 year of experience in Hand Therapy for all OT Hand Therapists Why Join Providence?
