This includes conducting initial assessments, contributing to care planning, and supporting residents to reach their full potential and maintain independence. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and supportive management team and work alongside a passionate team who share a commitment to enhancing residents’ lives.Responsibilities and Duties Assess and evaluate residents’ Occupational Therapy needs, developing care plans to support independence Contribute to the implementation, review, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy care plans Monitor and analyse services to track progress and ensure interventions are effective   This role is being hired on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis and works across all of our WA facilities (Guildford, Midland and Bicton)!
