Our team works with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents, residents of retirement homes, patients with private insurance, and those receiving care in hospitals or following hospital discharge.
We have established partnerships with retirement homes, doctors, traditional physical rehabilitation clinics, and major insurance companies to ensure our patients receive timely and effective care without the barriers of in-clinic scheduling or travel limitations.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Windsor, Ontario as an Independent Contractor. This is a flexible role with immediate opportunities to provide in-home care to patients in the Windsor area.
You’ll have the freedom to choose which patients you accept based on your expertise and availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong report writing and assessment skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Experience with MVA or community-based rehab is preferred.
• A registered ADP provider is an asset.

  Pay: $100.00-$300.00 per hour

Work Location: On the roa

• Perform comprehensive in-home assessments (ADL, cognitive, ergonomic, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans to enhance independence and safety.
• Complete required documentation for MVA, WSIB, or insurance reporting.
• Recommend home modifications and assistive devices.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams and case managers.
