REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Eligible for or hold current Washington OT license

• Evaluate and treat patients
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and rehab staff
• Plan, market, and support new therapy programs
• Participate in departmental operations and staff in-services
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per state guidelines
