Responsibilities:
Provide tailored occupational therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings.
Conduct assessment, develop individualised treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.
Maintain accurate client records and documentations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (must be eligible for registration with AHPRA).
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sydney.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and helping them achieve their goals.
