QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in orthopedics or rehabilitation preferred (new graduates welcome with training provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for hands-on patient care and teamwork

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our busy orthopedic practice on a part-time basis. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with exceptional orthopedic specialists and physical therapists, providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic diagnoses
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and physical therapists to ensure continuity of care
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families on recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress in compliance with practice standards and regulations
