About the Role

  • Assist Advanced Therapists and the Director in the improvement, monitoring and maintenance of practice standards and quality of care.
  • This position reports operationally and professionally to the Director of Occupational Therapy but works cooperatively and collaboratively with relevant service managers within the relevant work unit.
  • This position will be required to supervise HP3 Occupational Therapy staff, Allied Health Assistants and students as required and appropriate.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively and work collaboratively with other relevant health professional staff, patient’s, their family members and outside agencies as required to achieve optimum patient care outcomes.
