Description

Occupational Therapist – Therapy4Life
Are you an occupational therapist who’s passionate about supporting children and families to achieve meaningful goals? Do you thrive in a positive, creative, and supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your impact is real?
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic therapist who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll be delivering therapy in nature-based and clinic settings, with opportunities to co-design group programs and contribute to a culture of curiosity, care, and continuous learning.
At Therapy4Life, we believe in empowering our team to bring their full selves to work—combining clinical excellence with genuine connection. If you’re ready to shape the future of therapy alongside a team that celebrates growth, wellbeing, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and help us create something extraordinary—together.

ABOUT US

Therapy4life provides Occupational Therapy Services, Therapy Assistants, and Equine-Assisted Programs for individuals of all ages, from children to adults. Based in Melbourne, we support children, adolescents, and adults—to enhance their access, functionality, development, independence, and overall health and well-being.
We believe that engagement is key to creating fulfilling and meaningful therapy experiences. Our Mordialloc clinic features vibrant, interactive sensory rooms, focusing on sensory modulation and gross motor activities. With the help of our interactive projection system, we ensure dynamic and engaging therapy sessions.
For nature-based therapy, our private sensory spaces in Somerville provide a serene environment for therapeutic activities like gardening, water play, and a giant swing. We incorporate natural play tools, a messy play area, and friendly animals, including charming miniature goats, guinea pigs, chickens, sheep, horses and ponies, to make each session unique and enriching.
Beyond clinic-based services, we also provide mobile therapy at clients’ homes, schools, and kindergartens. Our outreach programs allow us to work across Kingston, Bayside, and the Peninsula, offering therapists a balanced mix of clinic and community-based sessions.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team—someone who can develop and implement creative, innovative therapy programs and work with some of our clients aged 2-18 years.
