Our team is growing and looking for a dedicated: Occupational Therapist (OT) Shift Available: Full Time Service Area for Coverage: Northeast  Responsibilities: * Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities. * Develop and implement occupational therapy care plans. * Coordinate care with home healthcare team. * Evaluate therapy needs and monitor and report patient progress and outcomes. * Educate patients and family members. * Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes. * Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members. Qualifications: * Occupational therapist in the state of Texas. * Home health experience highly preferred. * Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance. * Able to handle physical workload. * Good driving record. * Experience with HCHB EMR (preferred but not required). * Effective communication and people skills. Responsibilities
