Our client is a growing rehabilitation provider delivering tailored support to individuals throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.

They are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join their Sydney team and work closely with clients, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will manage a varied caseload and provide practical, client-focused rehabilitation services. You will use your clinical knowledge to assess functional capacity, identify barriers and develop appropriate strategies to support clients in achieving their personal and vocational goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional, workplace and ergonomic assessments
• Develop and implement tailored return-to-work and rehabilitation plans
• Recommend workplace modifications and suitable duties
• Collaborate with clients, employers, insurers and treating professionals
• Support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your own caseload

About You

• A qualified and AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
• Ideally experienced within occupational rehabilitation, workplace rehabilitation or a related setting
• Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
• Organised and comfortable managing an independent caseload
• Client-focused with a genuine interest in achieving positive outcomes
• A strong communicator and collaborative team member
