We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. Qualifications What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, speech pathology 1 to 3 years of experience in speech pathology or occupational therapy Working in disability services a plus, but not required A self-starter who wants to deepen skills in neurodivergence Speech Pathology Australia membership of willingness to obtain (speech pathologists) Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community Keen to work itinerantly in the community, building strong participant relationships NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate. Responsibilities

Support 3 to 4 participants per day in the community, focusing on building capabilities and working with participants' interests. Collaborate with individuals and their families to develop support strategies that lead to meaningful change.
