Description Occupational Therapist Assistant - Pediatric Home Health We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our pediatric home health team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients in their homes - Conduct therapeutic activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills - Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to supervising therapists - Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support ongoing development - Ensure a safe and clean environment during therapy sessions - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulations Skills and Qualifications: - Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or equivalent credential - Prior experience working with pediatric populations preferred - Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse home environments - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care Join our dynamic team committed to fostering growth and independence in children through compassionate, family-centered care.
