We Care Bespoke are looking for Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification or licensure as required by state law (e.g., NBCOT certification).
• CPR and First Aid certification (may be required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

• Assist Occupational Therapists in carrying out treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
• Observe and document patient progress and communicate findings to the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct patients and their families on at-home exercises and adaptive techniques for daily living.
• Set up therapy equipment and maintain a safe, clean treatment area.
• Encourage and motivate patients to reach therapy goals.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
