Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Location: Hopedale, OH Schedule: Full-Time Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents in improving strength, coordination, and functional independence in daily living activities. Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and goal achievement. Educate residents and families on exercises and adaptive equipment for continued progress. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Ohio OTA license (or eligibility for licensure). Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
