Description Lowcountry Therapy is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric clinic with locations in both Bluffton and Port Royal, SC. We provide services in both of our Bluffton and Port Royal clinics customized for sensory and play. We also provide services in the community including both in-home and private pre-schools and daycares. Our diverse caseload offers an excellent opportunity for a variety of treatment approaches. Our friendly, dedicated, and supportive staff creates a positive, flexible and team-based work environment. We accept entry-level therapists, and the pay range is based on experience and productivity. Sign-on Bonus: $1000 Requirements An average day for a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant: Completing an individualized Plan of Care (with supervisor) which defines treatment rendered, frequency of treatment and measurable short- and long-term goals Implements treatment and interventions to help children with disabilities participate fully in schools and social situations and/or recovering from injury to regain skills. Provides consultation and educational and other advisory services to the patient, family members and caregivers. To hearing impaired individuals, screening of hearing, limited to pass/fail determination and screening of other skills for the purpose of occupational therapy evaluations.
