Focus on improving mobility, function, ADLs, cognition, and strength while ensuring excellent patient outcomes. What You’ll Do Deliver treatments according to established care plans Communicate patient progress with OT, care team, and families Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing Support care planning, discharge processes, and team meetings Educate caregivers and staff on functional and maintenance programs What We’re Looking For Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a flexible PRN role Availability for consistent PRN coverage, including weekends

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments to improve patient mobility, function, and cognition under the supervision of a Licensed OT. Responsibilities include completing accurate documentation, billing, and educating caregivers on maintenance programs.
