EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

· Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
· Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario or College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

· Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation services.
· Supervisory or mentorship experience preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Commitment to family-centred care and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

As the OT/PT Rehab Supervisor, you will support the designated Manager in overseeing the daily operations, coordination, and quality assurance of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring effective service delivery, supporting staff, and fostering inter-professional collaboration across community and school-based programs.
· Coordinate therapy services across childcare, school, and community settings.
· Monitor caseloads, waitlists, and service timelines.
· Supervise and support OT/PT staff and Therapy Assistants.
· Provide onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
· Liaise with families and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
· Maintain accurate documentation and support scheduling and reporting.
· Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
