JOB DESCRIPTION:

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join its client as an Occupational Team Manager. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and guide a dedicated team of professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and lead innovation and excellence in service delivery - ensuring the highest standards of care and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Preferable experience in paediatrics, including assessments and equipment reviews for children and young people.
• Proven leadership skills or a strong desire to step into a management role.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented team of occupational therapists and support staff.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that meet and exceed regulatory standards.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.
• Drive the implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
