QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills and typing skills
• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and team player essential.
• Prior freight forwarding and/or logistics experience a plus.
• College degree is a plus, but not required.

• Arrange & follow up with shipment coordination & daily communication with customers & overseas offices
• Prepare & handle all required import shipping, arrival notice, & customs documentation
• Arrange trucking order, issue invoices, prepare documents, filing etc.
• Billing and shipment filing
• Compliance of all transportation & security regulations, including customer’s policies and external government regulations
• Monitor shipment for delivery schedule on timely basis
• Established, supervised and continuously improved import /export process flows in conformance with rules, procedures and company policy

  Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
