We are seeking a dynamic and innovative . This key position will be based in our Corporate (HQ) office located in Los Angeles, CA reporting to the Operations Manager. The will be responsible for the daily management of Ocean Export service activities. To receive and process all cargo on a daily basis, including overseas communication and customer service as needed with a focus on Export Compliance. Work closely with Steam Ship Lines to secure movement of cargo efficiently to meet client’s expectations. The Ocean Export Coordinator is responsible for preparing files, distributing documents, cargo tracking, billing and collecting funds while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
EXPERIENCE
· Ocean Imports: 2 years (Preferred)
· Logistics Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
· NVOCC: 2 years (Preferred)
· Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
· Ocean Freight with an NVOCC/Freight Forwarder: 2 years (Preferred)
