We’re working with a well-established logistics and freight forwarding company, currently looking to appoint an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their dynamic Operations team based near Stoke on Trent.
As Ocean Export Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of international freight movements, liaising with clients and carriers to ensure seamless delivery. You’ll be a proactive problem solver, support business growth, and help streamline operations for improved efficiency and profitability.

• Oversee full-cycle export operations for Ocean freight
• Ensure operational best practices and cost control
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain service quality
