Job description:
We are in the process of applying for an OTI/NVOCC license with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) and are currently seeking a Qualifying Individual (QI) to support our compliance and licensing requirements.
Based on your background in freight forwarding or ocean transportation, we believe you may be a strong fit for this role.

✅ QI Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident
• Must be physically based in the U.S.
• Must have 5+ years of verifiable experience in ocean freight forwarding or NVOCC operations

(booking cargo, preparing bills of lading, FMC documentation, handling import/export shipments, etc.)

Compensation:

• Onboarding Bonus upon successful FMC license approval
• Annual Retainer Range: Starting from $6,000 to $18,000 per annum, depending on experience, responsibilities, and office address usage
• Optional commission-based incentives may also be discussed for ongoing shipment activity or support
