Job Description: What You’ll Do Communicate with shipper or receive booking from shipper. Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Sales person. Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier. For US, verify valid FMC filed rate for the booking. Verify if shipment is prepaid or collect, review shipping requirement per customer or request approval from IOR if shipment is Freight Collect Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier. Release Booking Confirmation to shipper, proceed E2K entry of shipment information. Arrange Cargo pickup, for FCL check with shipper on stuffing of the container. For LCL check shipper if cargo is palletized or in loose. Ensure the cost are contained, negotiate with vendor for any extra charges incurred and ensure that there is a Margin against the sell rate. Ensure Billing are accurate and no error. Require to perform permits before cargo gate in to the terminal, to ensure the cargo are declared in appropriate manner. Your Skills & Requirements University Degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains. 1-2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in US route is a plus. Good computer literacy. Good speaking & writing communication skill in Vietnamese and English. Able to work under pressure.
