• Communicate with ocean carriers and ensure the release of goods
• Follow up with our agents
• Transmit required documentation related to container arrival to suppliers, customs and customers (delivery tracking
• Manage documents (collect information from agents and customers, classify, manage consolidations)
• Process invoices (review and approve invoices, prepare final invoices to customers, etc.).
