Job Description Your role will be to ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while delivering exceptional customer service. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Log & prepare files for import Receive documents Timely and accurate shipment processing Timely data entry Vendor Relations Accurate and Timely Billing Self-Development Understand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Qualifications ✅ What You Bring College graduate or above preferred. 6 months experience in Ocean Import Effective interpersonal skills.
