Descripción del empleo Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow including: To make bookings with the origin teams To coordinate deliveries with service providers and clients. To communicate with carriers for any import related issue. To coordinate with customs team. To check commercial documents as packing list, invoices, certificates etc Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system Track and Trace Ocean Import Files and reporting Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Customer service oriented Requisitos At least 1 year related experience Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active, strong organizational skills Good computer skills (Excel, Word) Hazardous Materials certification (preferred) High level in English Información adicional Expeditors offers excellent benefits: Great environment/place to work Career Development Interdepartmental - Cross training Internal / External training (52 hours/year) Access to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Health and Live Insurance Other benefits to be confirmed during the interview process
