Job Description Prepare and process ocean shipments Route and monitor ocean shipments Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system. Use workflows on daily basis to manage ocean shipments Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing. Interact with our customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards. Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others). Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS), Audit requirements, external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements. Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Adhere to the company’s 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary.
