QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong math skills, with the ability to perform basic calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a retail or food environment, is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and teammates in a friendly, professional manner.
• A team player with a positive attitude who contributes to a harmonious work environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

• Order Management: Take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed in processing.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions efficiently and maintain an organized and accurate cash drawer.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food items, such as fresh fish, according to company standards and specifications.
• Food Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety.
• Sales & Promotion: Upsell retail items and promote special offers, helping customers find the perfect addition to their seafood selection.
• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring supplies and products are properly stored.
• Inventory Support: Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed to ensure products are always available for customers.
